UpsideUK is a boutique, bespoke, Management Company / Record label / Consultancy.

Formed by Denise Beighton and Simon Jones, who both have a wealth of knowledge and experience having held Director level positions at Sony/BMG. 

Simon, as a former Head of Marketing at Arista Records and Denise, Director of Sales, working on acts such as Whitney Houston, Take That, Alicia Keys, Annie Lennox and many more. They both then moved on to run BMG TV Projects, working alongside Simon Cowell to exploit TV related projects.

They have been the brainchild behind many successful, top 10, TV Compilation brands, including Chick Flicks, Tearjerkers, X Factor and School Reunion, which collectively have sold in excess of 10 million copies. 

Consultancies have included work for Sony International, SYCO, Warners, Virgin / EMI / Sony Poland and regularly project manage for Mike Stock. 

The Management Company currently manage platinum selling artist Karen Harding, 

Up and coming singer/topliner Danny Dearden, UK production duo Future Kings,

B1/Ministry of sound signed producers Gold 88, America's Got Talent semi-finalist and house diva MOYA, LA based singer, producer and DJ 'Pillow' and Irish producers Menvra.
